About Simon Finneran

Simon has a proven track record of individual sales performance, building and leading high performing teams and implementing strategic sales plans spanning over 20 years. Simon began his sales career working in the family business selling beer, wine and spirits to the licensed trade.

The last 20 years have been spent in the property industry. Thirteen of those working within the flexible workplace sector for the global market leader, where he and his team successfully sold workplace solutions to blue chip organisations, SME’s and start-ups. In his last role as UK Managing Director of a vacant property security specialist, Simon worked with local authorities, pension funds, commercial and residential property owners along with central government in securing their vacant property assets.

Simon has a passion for helping business owners, individuals and organisations implement the right behaviours, attitudes and techniques to drive their performance to the next level.
